The aim has always been to provide high quality French based fine dining in a unique physical context. Our cuisine is and will always be based on the French tradition.
Every year the restaurant trains student chefs who are making a name for themselves internationally.
Over the years the restaurant won numerous fine dining and wine awards.
Ané Wait is head chef at Brasserie de Paris and Sarie Jooste Jordaan the managing director.
Some of the origional staff who started with the restaurant in 1994 are still employed in the kitchen.
